Frozen NFC Apple Juice Made Mainly from Yantai Red Fuji Apples

Jiale Food makes frozen apple juice pressed mainly from Red Fuji apples grown around Yantai, Shandong, one of China’s best-known apple regions, alongside Orin, Venus Gold, Ambrosia and Xiangfei crabapple. It is 100% juice, single-strength and not from concentrate (NFC).

Why Red Fuji

Red Fuji is a sweet, aromatic apple variety with a good sugar-acid balance and firm, juicy flesh, which makes it well suited to pressing.

How it is made

1. Fresh apples are inspected on arrival, washed and sorted
2. The apples are pressed with a screw press or vacuum press
3. The juice is filtered and frozen

The juice is not pasteurized and contains natural pulp sediment, so it must be kept frozen during storage and transport.
