IQF pumpkin chunks for importers, distributors and food manufacturers, made from Ebisu pumpkin, a kabocha-type variety. The chunks are irregular, random-cut (roll-cut) pieces, not dices, individually quick frozen.

- Raw material: from our own and cooperative bases.
- Process: pre-treated, cut, washed, blanched or cooked, cooled and quick frozen.
- Season: July to September, with cold-store stock available after the season.
- Exported to Southeast Asia, Japan and Korea.
