- Raw material: from our own and cooperative bases.
- Season: April to June. Stock is available after the season – not year-round, so plan orders around the season.
- Process: pre-treated, washed, individually quick frozen (IQF), sorted and packed.
- Exported to Southeast Asia, Europe and South Korea.
