Smooth vegetable purée, kept frozen, as single-vegetable or blended purée. Pumpkin, sweet potato and potato purées are available sweetened or with no sugar added; spinach purée has no sugar added and comes with or without fibre. Our pumpkin purée is made from Beibei, Miben and Ebisu pumpkins. Process: Fresh or frozen vegetables are milled with a high-shear purée mill into a smooth purée, then frozen.
